Butterfly Grove Inn

Very cozy and beautiful surroundings. Our second time staying here. Love it. Will be back.

Good coffee. Easy access to room if you park in front of it. High ceilings.

We saw deer walk through the property. There were beautiful Cala lilies blooming (I know they’re invasive but they were beautiful). Very convenient location. Spacious rooms and cozy beds.

The TV’s were a bit older so I couldn’t cast or stream at night when we wanted to wind down with a movie. We used our laptops instead. Not a huge deal.

The bed was a little lumpy

Excellent location near the Monarch Butterfly Grove, Pacific Grove Beach, 17 Mile Drive and downtown Pacific Grove. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spacious and clean room with fair-sized table and chairs, gas fireplace.

Walls allow some sound between rooms. Rooms could use a remodel (esp. the bathrooms).

I liked everything, it was clean, cozy, quiet, and there was a great garden nearby.

In room 17, the exhaust fan in the bathroom is very noisy, making it impossible to use at night.

It was a handicapped room with a walk-in shower and grab bars. The parking was great. It was right next to the room that made it easy to get in and out of our car.

The alarm clock was set to Eastern Time and I couldn't figure out how to change it. to Pacific Time. It was not a bother as I used the app on my phone.
