The Orchard Hotel Ukiah Wine Country Free Breakfast, Pool, & Hot Tub

The staff in the office is very nice and the rooms are spacious.

The rooms could of been cleaned a little better.

Property was clean and well lit. It was busy.

The room was nothing fancy but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The overall location was a great basecamp for cycling around the area. It has good access to the coast and wine country. The cycling right out the door was fantastic with great rides at your fingertips. Also easy to get to other great rides out in Mendocino and from locations like Healdsburg.

The bed was busted. Literally busted. One side of the bed sank in about a foot and was very uncomfortable, while the other side was supportive and basically fine. Shower was ok, but the shower head sprayed all over the place and got the floor of the bathroom wet. They could have replaced towels after a couple days, but only did so upon request. Oddly, they didn't turn to hot tub heat on until 3 pm, while the pool area was open at 10 am.

Had to call the cops due to the high traffic of drug users and loud disturbances until 4 in the morning and the hotel staff not doing anything about it also the manager hiring local users to paint the side walk at 11pm at night

From the first time I started to stay here for work I was blown away with the room, the super comfortable bed and the large TV! I have been staying here each week since March and do not want to stay anywhere else.

As with all older hotels that have been rehabbed and updated there is always either a "rocking toilet" or "touchy water controls" in the shower/bath. Not complaining.
