Aparthotel Adagio Porte de Versailles

The property as a whole was really good. The staff were friendly, knew English, and really accommodating when checking in. The room we booked was really good too, with the added bonus of a small terrace. The only downside which resulted in significant discomfort during my stay was the lack of functioning aircon. The unit was working, but could not get the room down below 28C at night, which led to waking up feeling extremely hot and in puddles of sweat, a real shame on days where temperatures were hitting highs of 33C. We did not complain to hotel staff as it was clear they were aware of the issue, pinning posters to walls and lifts informing all customers that aircon maintenance may visit our rooms during our stay and instead dealt with it. Possibly at fault of our own for not complaining, this did lead to us dreading to come back each night to sleep over our three night stay. Friends staying right next door also experienced the exact same problem. Should the aircon have worked, I would probably be posting a really positive review right now as the rest of the stay was great, but with sleep being majorly impacted and as the primary reason for stay, unfortunately I can't award a high rating.

Came here on a student trip with a group of 16. The rooms were great, staff extremely welcoming and helpful, and the hotel well-positioned with good metro connections and some useful shops nearby. We didn't try the breakfast but the accommodation itself was great. I would come here again.

When paying so much money, you expect some level of service. They have gone pretty hideous about basic things - cleanliness, housekeeping, etc. They didn't disclose outright during booking, and when I asked, they said housekeeping is paid. Even for fresh towels, you can only ask them in evening, and have to come to lobby to collect. Not staying again.

Functional budget hotel. The room was clean and well equipped. The reception staff varied from brusquely efficient to friendly - no problem. Didn't have breakfasts so can't comment. Very enjoyable weekend.

Clean and comfortable stay. Some staff were not so polite but overall most were friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Cannot ask for more!

Beautiful and perfect location. Felt safe. Breakfast was amazing! Hotel did not get my hotel.com booking but they still honored it. However it took them til 5p to have a room ready. Gave us refreshments while we waited. Staff always available for questions. Convenient location for trams. Was told by local uber that we stayed in one of the best areas of Paris.
