Customer service was very good and friendly staff. Good location big room with clean kitchen area.

Stayed 5 nights at room 10, ground floor. Enjoyed the plenty space apartment with kitchen and a small garden. Felt relaxing and comfortable after working. There's no housekeeping service during our staying, but I guess you may ask for it.

The hotel stay was great, the room had stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and dishes. The downside/issue was the place was under remodel, so the lobby was a mess, there was scaffolding on the outside of the building. Amenities: Breakfast was not included in the room was $13-$19 per person. Other than that the hotel room was great and we would stay again.

It needs a little updating and better upkeep on certain things, but overall is good value. The location wasn’t so bad either. Of course it can’t beat the central Paris locations, but easy access to metro, bus, tram, and PER. The receptionists were helpful.

Comfortable to live in, but bathrooms need refurbishment . Kitchen is well equipped. Beds comfortable. But definitely not happy with bathtoom showers

The air conditioning of all the apartments were not working at all. They could not restore the air conditioning fault in 2 days. My check in was on 25th July and check out was on 27th July. I was not informed of the AC failure during my check in. They provided us with a small tower room fan which was not at all effective. Since, I had already paid to hotels.com, so there was no chance to claim refund or change the hotel. I could hardly sleep during the night with those small room fan's. I had been staying at the same property since 2007 and never had any problem. But this year, my experience was very bad and I might not be staying at this property again. I think, it is better to book the hotel directly or through any booking sites but the payment should be made directly to the hotel. In this case, atleast we have the chance to change the hotel if we are not satisfied.

Well stocked kitchenette, 2good sized bedrooms and two make up beds in living room. We had two bathrooms and two toilets, which is very handy and unexpected. The hotel is served by excellent tram and metro links at the port de Versailles stops, about a five min walk away. If you have children and have time, the aqua park which is a five min walk away on the main road is FAB! Indoor, outdoor pools, flumes, chutes, jacuzzis, Tarzan swing-totally amazing. You could easily spend a day there. Would recommend this hotel, if you don’t mind being on the outskirts and travelling into the city.

There was no room service for 4 nights, when we asked for it hotel staff told us it 18 euros if we want it. studio flat is congested too. don't recommend
