Aparthotel Adagio Porte de Versailles

The heater in one of our bedrooms didn’t work, so we had to request repair and were provided with a portable heater. The telephone didn’t work, so we had to request repair and it was done the next day. The door to the hotel room didn’t always close properly, and it was found opened after we had closed it and went down to the lobby. We had found it opened only when we had to go back to the room before leaving for sightseeing; otherwise, the door would likely have remained opened until we returned at night. In addition, cash was stolen from us when someone was able to enter our room. The inconvenience due to the need for repairs and the theft made our stay rather unpleasant.

The experience in the hotel was generally good. It is situated next to a couple of metro stations so it's very easy to get to most of the tourist attractions. There are shops and restaurants nearby and there are laundry services so staying in was also a pretty good option. The room itself was big and well equipped. The only negative thing I could say is that one particular receptionist was kind of nasty. I asked for extra towels and she flat out refused - telling me we already have our allotted amount. On my part I refused to believe that this is the hotel's policy (this is what she said) so when I got back from that day's trip I asked for the same thing and we got what we wanted. So it was just her.

Overall quite good. Free croissants in Reception! Beware they don’t clean the room during your stay.

We were 4 to stay in this hotel, 3 adults and 1 child. While the concierge were welcoming enough, the comfort in the room were lacking. We were put in a room with 2 single beds and one pull out bed that will convert into another 2 single beds. That said, there were not a bed for couple in this hotel. We started to wonder if that option is not offered in Europe (this is the second hotel we have been in, we saw similar thing happen). I don't know how they allocate room, however, one would think they can easily put people in appropriate room(s) at check in, or at least forewarned. We did not bother to request to be moved, we were only there for 2 nights.

The hotel is right next to a big indoor water park. Close to Carrefour grocery store. Easy access to metro. Good value

The hotel was just fine. Front desk was very efficient and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was large and comfortable. Location was a long way out of the city but metro was close.

I went with my two sons 13 and 10. We stayed on a studio. It was plenty room for all of us. The apartment have everything you could need. Fantastic location, nice areally good transport links. The staff were very helpful. I think the apartmentsame offer a fantastic value for money. It was perfect for us.

I like the location and the rooms are big and comfortable.

Great location. Nice to have a suete rather than just the room. Basic facilities in the bathroom were poor. The shower screen was too small the whole room got flooded each time a shower was taken also the mixer was broken. Lounge furniture was not a high standard but the kitchen area was nice to have.
