The Pool & BBQ Area is now open after recent restorations. However, surrounding works continue, set to finish by March 2025. Builders are on- site Mon- Fri, 8 AM - 5PM, with minimal disruption. For queries, call (07) 54364444. Please note, there is a 1.4% credit card surcharge when using a credit card. Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note the following conditions of stay for school graduates ('schoolies') bookings: All guests must be over the age of 18 years, and must present a valid photo ID upon check in. They must also sign the property's Terms of Stay. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Please note that accommodations is serviced once a week. "Great location for a weekend stay, close to everything you need and a good price too."

Our room overlooked the pool and had a view of the water. The pool was nice and the temperature was good. The bed was comfy and the area was quiet at night even though we were there on a weekend. The location along the Bulcock Rd boardwalk is a great central location to the beaches and shops, including the Sunday markets.

The lounge is getting a bit saggy and walls a bit marked, so could probably do with a bit of a "spruce up". The carpark's a bit of a nightmare, especially if you get there on a Friday arvo when they're setting up for the boardwalk night markets and they've blocked the street off that you're meant to turn into to go to the carpark - we had to be "naughty" and just go around the sign and onto the wrong side of the road to get to carpark driveway!

We loved the facilities and the location it was a really nice resort. The staff were great.

We were just really disappointed with the room. It was dated and felt grubby. The balcony furniture was rusted and we had a small child. As a family who rarely gets away on holiday we really were looking forward to it, we just didn’t think it was worth the money we paid for the room. Views beautiful though. I don’t normally complain but as I said I as hoping for better accomodation.

Location

Had to pay for Wi Fi and car park clearance not good for 4WD vehicles with roof racks so have to park on the street. Poor foxtel with the weather
