The Pool & BBQ Area is now open after recent restorations. However, surrounding works continue, set to finish by March 2025. Builders are on- site Mon- Fri, 8 AM - 5PM, with minimal disruption. For queries, call (07) 54364444. Please note, there is a 1.4% credit card surcharge when using a credit card. Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note the following conditions of stay for school graduates ('schoolies') bookings: All guests must be over the age of 18 years, and must present a valid photo ID upon check in. They must also sign the property's Terms of Stay. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Please note that accommodations is serviced once a week. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Loved the location, amazing pool and great swim spot for kids.

there was only 1 aircon in the main area so the rooms were a bit warm at night however they did have fans in the closets we could use

The water pressure in the spa was non existent spent 40mins trying to fill for the water still not being over the jets. The Queen bed in 17 was extremely uncomfortable We had no hot water in the main shower.. was fine in the ensuit.
