The Pool & BBQ Area is now open after recent restorations. However, surrounding works continue, set to finish by March 2025. Builders are on- site Mon- Fri, 8 AM - 5PM, with minimal disruption. For queries, call (07) 54364444. Please note, there is a 1.4% credit card surcharge when using a credit card. Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note the following conditions of stay for school graduates ('schoolies') bookings: All guests must be over the age of 18 years, and must present a valid photo ID upon check in. They must also sign the property's Terms of Stay. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Please note that accommodations is serviced once a week. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Loved the location but very disappointed in the room."

The location was perfect, park the car and can walk to everything

The room had no oven or dishwasher which was described as there were. The bath was stained, large stain on carpet. The unit set of bad allergy attack. The rooftop spa gave you no privacy at all.

"Superb family resort central to Caloundra"

Excellent 2 bedroom rooftop spa apartment. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great air-conditioning. Excellent views from balcony and spa rooftop to pool area and sea views. Well equipped kitchen and other needs all met. Absolute family friendly. Pool and BBQ area excellent for children all ages. Great location near beach, shops, restaurants and stones throw from Sunday Caloundra markets. I highly recommend this facility and would not hesitate to book again for my family.

My only issue was trying to get my granddaughter out of the pool every day!!! She absolutely loved it.
