The Pool & BBQ Area is now open after recent restorations. However, surrounding works continue, set to finish by March 2025. Builders are on- site Mon- Fri, 8 AM - 5PM, with minimal disruption. For queries, call (07) 54364444. Please note, there is a 1.4% credit card surcharge when using a credit card. Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note the following conditions of stay for school graduates ('schoolies') bookings: All guests must be over the age of 18 years, and must present a valid photo ID upon check in. They must also sign the property's Terms of Stay. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Please note that accommodations is serviced once a week. Hard to navigate the site amd doors in / out of building Parking like a sauna so so hot in basement amd teicky to navigate - narrow spaces Poor wifi signal No key for back door / gate so couldn't leave apartment that way as couldn't lock it from outside

"Very relaxing stay."

The room was in a great position to access restaurants and shops also just a short walk to the beautiful pool area.

"An older unit in excellent location that met our needs for a 4 night stay."

Excellent location. Pool area lovely. Appreciated the air conditioning. Staff member on reception was pleasant and helpful in dealing with a problem with our door lock/cards - fixed the problem immediately.

Nothing major, but was an older unit, the carpet was a bit stained and in need of a shampoo. The cupboard in the bedroom was stuffed with an electric fan, spare roll of carpet and other bits and pieces which we had to rearrange to hang our clothes. Would have liked some hand towels.
