The Pool & BBQ Area is now open after recent restorations. However, surrounding works continue, set to finish by March 2025. Builders are on- site Mon- Fri, 8 AM - 5PM, with minimal disruption. For queries, call (07) 54364444. Please note, there is a 1.4% credit card surcharge when using a credit card. Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note the following conditions of stay for school graduates ('schoolies') bookings: All guests must be over the age of 18 years, and must present a valid photo ID upon check in. They must also sign the property's Terms of Stay. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Please note that accommodations is serviced once a week. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Very happy over all"

The location is great, close to shops and restaurants, and right across the road from the beach.

Underground parking was in the other apparments up the street. Other than that is was great.

Location was perfect, easy stroll to the beach and coffee. Pool area was great, it was clean and the kids loved it. View from balcony was also great overlooking the water

The room was very dated and definitely needs a refurbishment. Carpet and couch were old, holes in curtains and balcony furniture rusted and uncomfortable.

Great location, fabulous view and amazing pool.

Didn't like being on the first floor with the pool being so close - felt like everyone was sitting with us on our balcony!
