I have stayed at dozens of hotels in Langkawi. This is on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. The sevice was exceptional as well from the check in experience, the buggy drivers, the restaurant/bar staffs. Greeted by the GM and Director of Guest Experience. Celebrated my birthday with complimentary surprises. Amazing and breathtaking views from the room and pretty much everywhere we went at this 45acres resort. Certainly coming back here again!

"Could be better"

The beach, pool, room and ambience is perfect and relaxing. However, the service wasn’t as great as one expects from a four season. Went to celebrate my birthday but was disappointed with the lack lustre service.

"Loving it! Needs to be maintained better"

I had a wonderful stay for one night. Love the design, and the tranquility that it offers. Beautiful beaches and sea. Haven’t been cycling for a while so it was great to cycle in serenity. I love the adult pool, and how the personnel are giving you excellent services to ensure my stay is close to perfect. Probably the maintenance could be done better. The jacuzzi button is faulty hence it gives slight inconvenience. Even though the water drips from the hose in the toilet, the maintenance folks quickly settled repairing for me. I waited for 30 min for the bathroom slippers to be delivered to me. All in all, I would want to come back again.

"Amazing Hospitality"

Our recent experience at Four Seasons Langkawi was amazing. The service was immaculate from all service staff, and in particular Buggy Head, Mr Khai was very friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to make us feel like home. Was a pity that Serai is still closed. If there is an improvement I would like to suggest is for improvement in food quality.

Amazing experience at the Four Seasons - we were upgraded to a beach villa which was beyond superb - we didn't want to leave. The service was exceptional - friendly and personable, nothing was too much trouble. The food was also excellent and we really enjoyed our pre-dinner cocktails in Rhu Bar. Highly recommended.

Staffs were excellent ! V professional, helpful, attentive n friendly. V quiet n pretty natural surroundings. Well equipped gym. Fam pool is well maintained. Adult pool needs to be better maintained. If they refurbished their rooms n surroundings, it will be excellent

i love the whole resort the place ....exquisite, the sea beautiful to walk along... the staff very friendly BUT the food not so good except for breakfast they have good selection. id love to come back again but this time i want sea view

This really was a great experience. The bungalows are clean and beautiful, the beach and pools are beautiful, and the staff were extremely pleasant.
