USLocation was great for our purposes. Walked everywhere we needed to go. Liked the upstairs downstairs aspect of our King suite setup.
The bedroom area was pretty tight walking around the bed.

The Host is amazing. We received the best breakfast and I recommend to stay here and Rockport is lovely. It is perfectly located near all the good spots:)
Fabulous! Very well kept, clean, comfortable bed and bedding, quiet, gracious host, and waking up to the smell of fresh baked breakfast treats was a treat. We would definitely stay here again!
