Inn at Depot Hill

The staff was eager to help us enjoy our stay. The poroperty is well kept and clean. Walkable to beach and Capitola center. We will stay there again.

Beautiful spacious well decorated Valencia room. Good breakfast. Close walking distance to Capitola beach. Highly recommend!

A unique experience.

This place is a treasure! We felt like we stepped back in time and stayed in France. We stayed in the room called “Paris.” There’s a French door out our room that led to a tranquil, spacious patio which lured you out by the trickle of a fountain. Sagar gave us first rate service and was a delight to speak with. We walked down the hill to have an early dinner and upon arrival to our room, we were greeted with a lovely tray of cheese, crackers, fruit, and drink. We are back in the area next week and will stay here again!

Great location, well appointed, clean and comfortable.

Bed was a bit small , overly warm with duvet but no sheets.

Just needed a mini fridge and microwave

The staff was excellent and the breakfast of baked eggs on day and French toast the next were delicious.

The TV was not setup and the staff leaves at 8 PM The coffee maker did not function properly. The bed was too high for short people The hotel did ot provide a detailed receipt I left a $200.00 security deposit and it is not addressed in the Expedia receipt. Staff were not available to order breakfast! Expedia confirmed my booking BUT it did not include the quoted rate. Plus a $50.00 Property Fee for what - terrible parking! I will never use this hotel or Expedia again! No staff were available for a 9:30 AM check-out.
