Stayed for 4 nights for a conference being held at the resort. Every staff member I encountered was extremely polite and professional. Conference facilities are spacious and well laid out. Hotel room was a good size, had a very nice bathroom with wonderful amenities provided. I was in the 16th (top) floor with an amazing view. Sunrises were incredible each morning. I will definitely be going back to stay for pleasure and enjoy the pools and resort. Lots of on site options on site and very close by for dining. Be aware self parking and a daily resort fee is expensive but well worth it.

If I was in the hotel business, I’d try to steal all your employees, especially Noemi at the front desk. All of the staff was superb.

Great atmosphere and lots of accommodations. This is the fifth time I’ve stayed here. Unfortunately I was in a room that got very loud withother rooms water pipes every time someone would run the water. It was a loud moaning noise. I endured this for four days.

Incredible stay. From front desk staff to resturants to meeting rooms - all staff very professional and friendly. Everyone made me feel like a valued guest. Spotless indoors, lobby, meeting rooms and poolside. Definitley a place I will come again.
