Donald was an amazing server, he was patient, knew everything from the menu by heart and didn’t rush us at all. He was great! Overly environment felt high scale and relaxed. Would recommend for couples and family and friends!

I had the pleasure of being helped by Alex, and I can honestly say he was one of the kindest servers I've ever had. From the moment he greeted us, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always checking in with a smile and making us feel welcome. His positive attitude and helpfulness made the entire experience so much better. It's rare to come across someone as sweet and dedicated as Alex. He truly deserves recognition for his outstanding service, and I hope management knows what an amazing employee they have!

Omni is one of the family’s favorite resorts. Our last stay was made extra special by staff while we celebrated our daughter’s sweet sixteen! We would like to give a special shout out to Ms. Diamond and Ms. Lanaja for making our daughters stay EXTRA special. Customer service is always an A plus. We appreciate all the staff at Omni. Thank you for all you do!

It really is an awesome resort with a lot of amenities. Very clean and smells so good. Had a great time! And Alexis Itrevis is a great server, go see him for breakfast!

From check in to our room to dinner everything was great

An 11 day business stay was made oh so much better because of the kind staff - always offering a “Hello” and a “How can I help you?” I must call out Alexi Moreno in particular for being so kind and not only taking care of us, but also for truly treating me like a friend.

We had a wonderful experience at the OMNI—10/10 from start to finish. From the moment we checked in, Noemi was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Her kindness immediately set the tone for a great stay. We also had exceptional dining experiences. Alex, our server at Trevi, provided outstanding service and made us feel truly valued as guests. Fiona, our server at Croc's, was equally exceptional—attentive, friendly, and professional. What stood out most was that everyone we interacted with seemed genuinely committed to providing excellent service. The entire team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We highly recommend the OMNI and look forward to returning!
