"Amanzing experience"

My 11-year-old son and I recently spent a Mommy & Son Day at Omni Resort, and our experience was absolutely remarkable from start to finish. The resort was beautiful, clean, and family-friendly, with plenty of activities to enjoy together. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, and the level of customer service truly stood out. I would especially like to recognize Jermaine for his exceptional kindness and quick response when my blood sugar suddenly dropped. I needed orange juice urgently, and he immediately ran to get it and made sure I was okay. His compassion, professionalism, and sense of urgency meant so much to me, and I am incredibly grateful for his help. Thank you to Jermaine and the entire Omni team for making our Mommy & Son Day so memorable. We created wonderful memories together and look forward to returning soon!

"Family Vacation"

Ive been coming here for 10+ years.. this year was our anniversary and my wife’s birthday. The Hotel staff and Ambassadors (Laura and Thaddeus) did phenomenal job greeting and accommodating our stay for over a week. This is great place for families!! Amazing amazing did I say amazing… golf courses and facilities!! @omni team great job!!!!

Had Dinner at David's Club - fantastic experience. Chris and Stephanie behind the bar were awesome . Huge shout out to Meeko and Sam who work Valet - they are always so kind, helpful and pleasant. They all give top notch service !

"Great"

What a way to start off! As soon as we arrived Kesh was extremely helpful. He immediately assisted us with directions and instructions as soon as we pulled in and made the valet process smooth and easy. He also went above and beyond by helping bring multiple heavy luggage carts filled with clothes and wedding items up to our room. The positive attitude and willingness to help made our experience much better. The front desk staff and bellmen were also very welcoming and helpful throughout the check-in process. Everyone made us feel taken care of, and we are very excited for our stay.

"Great family vacation spot"

Our stay at the Omni Orlando was absolutely amazing for families with small kids! The resort had so many activities that kept everyone entertained, and the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. A special thank you to Ivan at Trevi’s for the outstanding service and to Zazhery for the wonderful golf cart tour — both went above and beyond to make our trip extra special. We can’t wait to come back!

"Nice resort, unreliable EV charging"

Overall, we had a good stay at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate and the service we received from staff was generally excellent. Especially from Leonela (pool staff) and Donald from Trevi’s. However, there were two major issues that left us disappointed. One of the main reasons we chose this resort was because we specifically confirmed ahead of time that EV chargers were available on-site. As EV owners, this was an important factor in selecting where we stayed. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed to find that several of the chargers were either permanently out of order, permanently disabled, or not functioning. We were sent between three different EV charging locations across multiple parking lots trying to find a working charger, spending approximately 20–30 minutes driving around and troubleshooting. It was only after all of this that we learned we needed to go through valet to have the chargers activated — something that was never communicated to us beforehand or upon arrival. While technically EV chargers were available, the experience did not match what was represented when we called in advance, and better communication regarding charger availability and activation procedures would have been extremely helpful. At this point, I would strongly caution other EV owners not to rely on this hotel for their charging needs. The EV chargers on-site were not reliable during our stay, and if EV access is a major factor in choosing this property, have a backup plan. The second issue was that our room AC stopped working on our last night. We were disappointed because we had hoped some accommodation or adjustment would be offered given the inconvenience, but none was provided. This is especially disappointing, considering we were staying there during one of the hotter early summer months in Florida. Despite these issues, we still had an overall positive experience and appreciated the service from the staff. We simply hope improvements are made regarding EV charger maintenance, availability, and guest communication, as this was a major factor in choosing the resort in the first place.
