"Relaxing days spent at Omni!"

We are absolutely loving our stay at this resort! From the beautiful atmosphere to the relaxing pool area, everything has been wonderful, but the real highlight of our trip has been the incredible service from Jermaine on the pool deck. He truly went above and beyond to make our day perfect. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, attentive, and so genuinely kind to our family. He made sure we always had what we needed, checked in on us throughout the day, and somehow managed to make every interaction feel personal and special. My kids were completely obsessed with him by the end of the day and honestly thought he was their new best friend 😂 His energy, patience, and warmth made such a difference in our experience and turned a great pool day into one we’ll always remember. Exceptional customer service like Jermaine’s is rare, and this resort is lucky to have him. We can’t wait to come back!

"A fantastic anniversary trip"

From the minute we walked in the door we had a fabulous time at the Omni. Edward went over and above, including making our dinner reservations, and sending up chocolates and champagne for our anniversary. Everyone else on staff, poolside, at dinner, and at the desk got to know us a bit and really made our day, and stay, wonderful.

"Great Place"

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean, and everything was well maintained. One of the best things was how quiet it was at night — there was no noise at all, which made it perfect for getting a good rest. I stayed here for a work event, and everything was simply excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay.
