Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate

My girlfriend and I were here on a staycation to celebrate our anniversary and a belated Valentine’s Day. What a great experience from start to finish. Shout out to Melanie at the front desk, who checked us in and gave us each a complimentary drink at dinner and a complimentary cabana at the adult pool for the day. We truly felt very spoiled, and we were so appreciative. At dinner, the waiter comped our appetizer. We enjoyed our couples massage at the spa. Just a really great day for both of us. We will definitely be back. Thank you again, Melanie, for starting off our trip with such a sweet treat.

Nothing, everything at the resort is wonderful

They overbooked the hotel and after coming there we had to take a shuttle 20 minutes back towards the airport. They could've at least told us to go straight there.. Then the next day instead of just giving us rooms they were checking in guests all day and we had to wait. They had a "queue" and a "policy" and just so bureaucratic corporate. I hate it.

We had the best experience! Food was amazing and Julie was such an excellent server! We came later in the evening so we had time to chit chat and make recommendations. I can’t say enough how lovely she was! Nachos were huge and delicious. The wings were so crispy and good. Post epidemic so many places have really suffered in food quality and service, this was a huge exception. We will probably be back tomorrow!! Thanks Julie!!

Spent my birthday weekend here. Loved the extra goodies I got from the staff birthday cupcakes balloons etc. made it special. Will come back next year.

The hotel is lovely and the grounds are beautiful. I stayed 1 night this week which was not enough time sadly. We are at Trevi's for dinner and had a great experience. Our server, Donald, was very good and super knowledgable about all the Omni's in the country. We ate there for breakfast as well and Alex also gave great service. They know how to pick em.

It has a lot of options for restaurant in the hotel the lazy river is awesome to relax and the adult pool is the best place to relax in silence
