Explorers Hotel

Big thank you to the reception staff named Marcel,he was so kind and accommodating. The hotel is good,specially the hotel room were we stayed it feels home,but the aquapark is not really a child friendly type..it’s not for under 3 years old..The pool is not warm too.

Very good all around

Location au top pour aller à Disney, navettes régulières. Super effort autour d'Halloween pour les grands et les petits, buffet de qualité. Malheureusement la chambre donnait sur le côté intérieur très bruyant, passages sans le couloir à répétition très bruyant. Literie et moquette pas au top.

We had a great stay all very straightforward easy check in took 2 mins. Continental breakfast was basic but set us up for the day. Shuttles on time and great location. Great stay had by all the kids had a ball and we were able to sit by the scallywags playground at nite and chill after the long days at the parks while the kids played.

Please do not let the negative reviews put you off. We arrived on a Monday evening, check in was quick and staff super friendly and helpful. A staff member had a tricky family to the left of us who didn't seem to listen or understand the reception staff and he kindly suggested "I'll show you"...what more do you need. Rooms are a little tired and could do with a redecoration however it was clean and plenty big enough for 2 adults and 3 children with various sleeping options. We had a fridge and kettle too. We went immediately to Disney village for food and a look and came back for a swim 9pm-10pm. The outside area could do with better lighting, coming off the shuttle, it's very dark, don't think there's a single working light. Swimming was fab...although a little cold for me. We had continental breakfast each morning. Had lovely chats with staff seeing how they were. Yes, its chaotic....that's all down to the behaviour of the other guests. We didn't bother with hot option, we don't eat a hot breakfast everyday at home, so yogurt, toast and fruit is fine for me. Kids got stuck into the various cereals and mountains of croissants and pain aux chocolat. We did take some as snacks for the park too. Shuttle bus was fine too. Got to the park or train each morning between 9-10am, got on first time no issue. Be polite, help others out. Same on the way back. Hotel was being cleaned constantly, always someone with a vacuum, cloth or mop. Fab amenities will happily return.

Very child friendly hotel with the best pool (slides, waves, big pirate ship) which stayed open until 22:30. Fab rooms cleaned daily and very friendly, helpful staff.

Just a brilliant hotel deffinatley coming bk

Great location for commuting in and out of Disney, with nearby shopping centres and outlets. Parking charges at the hotel carpark of 17 euros a day should have been included in your stay. Kids loved the pool and facilities at the hotel and where always eager to return from our day trips out.

Family of 4 (children 2 and 5), 3 nights so we could access Disneyland. Room was clean if a little tired but had everything, less a fridge, we needed. On site facilities were the same a little tired but brilliant for bridging between park visits. Shuttle bus to the park can be chaotic and at 2230 after the fireworks downright dangerous but that’s not the hotels fault.
