Shocking hotel overall . Walkways are a mess on way to rooms , swimming pool closes at 4.45pm untill 6pm absolutely pointless , Evening buffet is far to expensive considering the foods cold and plates are tiny , same with breakfast basically just 100s of croissants and tiny tea plates

Great hotel and our second stay the kids love the pool and the slides and the arcade is a good way to keep them entertained for a bit

Room wasn’t very clean. Very noisy all night. Swimming was good. No staff in soft play.

Fantastic hotel, 3rd stay & will definitely be back. Child friendly hotel & clean rooms & areas in hotel. Pool was great only downside would be the water is so cold. My son still loved it though. Would highly recommend it to friends & family 😀

Really lovely hotel, lots for the kids to do and very easy to get to Disneyland Paris.

I have stayed in many Disney / partner hotels. But this was really disgusting. The whole place smelt really strongly of cigarettes. It was dirty. The toilets were grim. They smelt like they’d never been cleaned and they were really badly stained. The disabled toilet seat was broken and had sharp bits sticking out. The breakfast was like watching a bunch of greedy hungry hyenas. All the British people shoving croissants and bread in their handbags. And then we wonder why the French hate English people. You get charged €17 a day for parking and the shuttle service is dangerous. The good bits - the theming is good and this is presumably what sells it. The staff on the front desk were friendly. There’s a good range of activities for kids with the swimming pool, soft play and all of the bars and food spots. Still wouldn’t recommend it to anyone though. It needs to do a lot of work to bring it up to acceptable standards.

Should have more dining options. Hot breakfast should include in room rate instead of just cold breakfast

Lovely staff throughout, rooms are sizeable, good shower, hot water, clean towels, comfortable beds. Breakfast was the usual continental, hot food available at cost. The evening buffet was good value with reasonable selection. The pool with slides and pirate boat was great fun, as is soft play. Shuttle to Disney is frequent though packed. Handy for a shopping trip to Val’d Europe. Taxis seem to be flat fare so try uber, half the cost.
