Lovely Holiday Home in Birmingham

It was warm, cozy, and clean. And an easy walk to the city centre.

Location was good, living room was nice.

Black mould ridden bathrooms with open spores were disgusting and a health hazard considering two members of our group have severe asthma. Not to mention it is illegal for a rented out house to have a category 1 hazard, which looking at reviews the landlord has not bothered to fix since August. The pictures attached don’t even do it justice to how bad it was. We booked thinking that this wouldn’t be an issue as surely they would resolve it after the first few reviews they got. Advertised as a 3 bathroom house which is not true it’s a one bathroom, one shower ensuite and one toilet downstairs. Bedsheets smelt musty and the general upstairs felt dirty- found it difficult to sleep due to the musty smell of the bedsheets. Lots of broken things around the house too as other reviews have mentioned. The land lord clearly does not care about this property as basic things which could easily be resolved still have not been. Tried to contact the owner regarding the mould to which they still haven’t responded. We ended up leaving a night earlier than we had wanted to due to the state of the house.

the were soo many things wrong. the sofa bead was broken so we couldn't sleep on that bed. we had 9 people sharing 3 double beds. the staff responses were slow and no customer service at all. blunt replies. I said I didn't get the code to check in and he wouldn't believe me at first when I called. I had to convince him to send the information via wats app.

Location was perfect. We were at an event at the utilita arena and this was ideal. Good size bedrooms. 3 couples travelling and the house had everything we needed . Great parking facilities

The cleaners were there and let us in.

The details on Booking.com are misrepresented. There aren't 3 bathrooms. There's an ensuite shower to Bed 1. A family bathroom shared between Bed 2 and Bed 3. Watch out for the dodgy loo seat! and a toilet on the ground floor
