Lovely Holiday Home in Birmingham

The property was spacious, clean and in good order

We could not find bedding for the person sleeping on the sofa bed

Was easy to access and very spacious. Clean and provided with plenty of towels. Was very nice and warm in the property

Struggled to regulate the temperature and was no washing up liquid/ cleaning products to wipe over table etc

The property was fine. The check in was awful. Wasn’t aware I had to fill in a pre registration form and give a substantial deposit. It was torrential rain , I was sent the wrong link which made the whole process a nightmare. We were stood in the rain for 30 mins only requesting to be allowed into the property, to the dry to complete the link but was refused. Be sure to read all the small print! And don’t expect any customer service.

Great location, quiet neighbourhood. Spacious, clean and tidy.

I have no major issues, it’s was a really lovely place to stay, but just a few minor things that made me think it wasn’t great value for money. The main bedroom door wouldn’t latch properly giving us no privacy as it would swing open. Some fixtures and furniture were broken, but again nothing so bad it ruined the holiday.

Beds were comfortable and the house was clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for our short stay

A welcome pack with some local information would have been useful. Bins were overflowing at front of property which was a little unsightly on arrival.

Central Location easy to get to and apartment comes with allocated parking. Smart TV.

No dishwasher, had to handwash dishes. Proper tea/coffee supplies would be great. Moldy bathtub mat can be changed.
