Good place to stay

It was close to the lake.

That is paid for a room that advertised a pool and upon arrival there was no water in the pool. I felt cheated out of my money. I also didn't like the fact that there was a disturbance next door that went on for hours. From 9PM until 3AM. I called the front desk to make a complaint and reluctantly the staff told me to call the police. I was confused because that should be property management assignment. I don't know about the laws or police in Arizona. Me calling the police once they arrive would still have to speak with management i assume. The incident was not handled properly. I didn't get much sleep considering check out being at 11AM and the disturbance didn't quite stop till 4AM. Honestly I feel like it wasn't worth the booking and I would like to be refunded for the one day. This is my honest feedback.

Staff was very accomadating

This is the dirtiest place I have ever been to, so nasty my daughter n I got sick like a cold sick. They don't clean the room just make the beds. I've stayed in some ghetto hotels but they were way cleaner than this. Looks like a crack shack. I will never stay here again. U couldn't pay me to stay here. I'm so glad the pool wasn't working, my granddaughter wanted to go swimming. We woulda caught more than a cold. Also I booked a room that was supposed to have a kitchen. If u see the pics online it shows one suite with a kitchen, they do NOT have any rooms with a kitchen which is fauls advertising and I was mad. Horrible place to stay.
