Windsor Inn Lake Havasu City

It was ok

Property was very run down and didnt feel to clean. Room smelt like pets but we were only in for a short night had to check in late at 2am and hotel staff was ver accommodating with out late arrival. He was very short and to the point not overly friendly or welcoming. I would stay here again for a overnight or just passing through woulnt not stay more than that.

The view was great

The place was absolutely filthy and expensive there was hair stuck inside and on the towels, a hair ball stuck to the shower and the place is falling apart. Right outside our room's door on the 2nd floor felt like we were going to fall through. No dogs or no cats depending on the owners mood and then charges you a "pet deposit" that's more like a fee because it isn't refunded and when I asked for a receipt for the $60 "pet deposit" I had to paid in cash, he said I had my room receipt and wouldn't give me one. The owner also yelled at my husband for smoking in the room even though he wasn't, he did have a cigarette in his mouth but it wasn't lit he turned around to tell me something then here comes the owner screaming at us. Refused to give us a bath stopper because "people flood" tbf it felt more like being a kid getting scolded then being a 50+ year old renting a room. They advertised a continental breakfast, but went down at 8ish and there was no sign of one. If you can go ANYWHERE else do so. I'd even sleep on the beach before I decided to rent here again

Great value for your buck at a pretty convenient location. Check in was really fast, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. Enjoyed the room cleanliness and how easy it was to unload and load back up our belongings.

Good location.

No coffee pot. Tv need to be upgraded along with the bathroom towels. Definitely not great for 140 per night.

Parking was crowded

The perfect place to crash had no problems The staff was nice

It was quiet. Cheaply priced.

The bed sagged in the middle way to much like someone had slept in the same spot for years.
