Le receptioniste a obstiner ma fille comme quoi qu elle.devais payer la chambre et le depot de garantie immediatement. Mais malgrer la copie de fa ture que j avais imprimer il a refuser de l accepter. Mais c etait deja regler donc apres mon appel et que je les ais aviser que je vous le dirais et bien il a accepter de rembourser ma fille pour la chambre deja payer et le depot. Le lit le matelas tres mous. Pour le reste du sejour super sur plusieurs attraits.

La maniere dont le receptioniste a obstiner ma fille jusqu a ce que je les appels a mon tour.

Horrible best western. Bathroom was super small(claustrophobic small) Air conditioning did not work and it was plus 30! Very old and dingy. No place to park except underground. Usually Best Westerns are amazing but not this one!

Small rooms that feel a little like a European hotel. Great bed. Fridge in the room. Parking is free but you usually end up in the side lot. We’ve done it a few times without any issues. No breakfast included but options nearby. A solid choice when prices are too high in Ottawa.
