First room ac did not work and in the second room would mot stay cool. The hot tub did not work either. Breakfast was there.

Everything it was terrible and the staff is nice but doesn’t know anything and the breakfast was HORRIFIC !!!

The room was fine. We were there for our son's graduation. We were looking forward to the pool and jacuzzi. Neither were heated and would not warm up despite turning it on. The water was freezing and not enjoyable at all. The breakfast was really good though.

Very clean with comfortable beds. The swimming pool was heated to spa-like temperature it was fantastic! They have self serve laundry facilities available to guests at a reasonable rate. Great restaurant and a Walmart in walking distance. And the price of the room was very good. Pet friendly too!

The hotel staff was great. The rooms were clean. The property and rooms need to be updated. The hot tub was not working and the pool area seemed stuffy. Otherwise, it was a great location across from the college.

whole establishment smelled. room smelled like mold. key cards had to be reprogrammed daily. pool was overloaded with chlorine and caused us all to become sick. will not be back.

The fact that for the first two days of my stay, there was no hot water, only cold water was available for bathing which was terrible.

Proximity to campus

Smell Walls filthy. Kids have drawn all over them and no effort to remove Linens stained and small holes Furniture not just old but battered and have seen better at a Goodwill

I am a regular patron staying an average of once a month throughout the year. While the hotel is in decent condition, the rooms vary with the smaller details. I will continue to stay here as needed, and will continue to voice my concerns to the management staff. They are always very accommodating.
