Magnuson Hotel Commerce

I didn’t have hot water for two of the three days of my stay. There were no concessions offered for my inconvenience. I also experienced bed bugs. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Front desk clerk wanted to arugue, also there is no hot water in the entire building as they have known for a few days. They are not letting people know as they are checking in as well.

The lady at the front desk was cold and without compassion or understanding of peoples circumstances.

Hotel had a strange damp smell. The staff was nice and friendly that evening when we arrived, but there was no morning staff insight. We booked for the indoor pool, but was just advised it was closed due maintenance.

Close to college campus…we were attending a graduation. Walking distance to restaurants and Walmart.

Room was musty and smelled of cigarette smoke. Window screens were torn and flapping in the wind. Towels and linens appeared old and ‘tired’. Elevator made terrible noise as if it was going to break a cable. Hot tub was a cold tub. Ice machine on our floor was nonexistent and the water lines were still laying on the floor.
