The views from our rooms were spectacular with the Tetons in the background. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and accomodating. We did horseback riding on the ranch- the guide was excellent. She narrated the ride with details about the wildlife, the area, the horses. Highly recommend!

Facilities are looking a little tired after many years.

We really enjoyed our stay at his property. It was not far from the town center, which had plenty of dining options and shopping and entertainment. The view was incredible and the accommodations were comfortable and private, which we loved. However, one of the reasons we chose this location was because it stated in the website and on Expedia that it had a restaurant and bar, which it did not have either. That was very upsetting at first and their reason was that it had closed down during "covid", which I am so sick of hearing that excuse. It has been years since that time and all areas of advertisement should have been updated by now. Also, we had an early flight so we had to leave before 6 a.m., and when we went to drop off our keys, the lobby was closed, no one was working the front desk. We were never instructed how to check out and there was no drop box for the keys.

- the bed could have been much better - there were people above us, we could hear almost everything!!! We heard them going up the stairs, we could hear them talking and walking around at night!! For the price you pay, this should not be possible

We traveled from Canada for a special bachelorette trip and were excited to go horseback riding at Spring Creek Ranch. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing and far from what we had hoped. We arrived about 10 minutes late after getting lost on the mountain due to poor signage and having to ask for directions at the hotel. Upon arrival, we apologized and were told it wasn’t a problem. However, once we were on the trail, our guide, Hannah, was unwelcoming and aggressive both towards us and the horses. When we asked if she had time to take a quick photo to capture the moment, she abruptly said no due to time constraints—but then stopped twice to tell lengthy stories and take questions, which felt contradictory. She also blamed us for the horses not having time to rest or eat before the next ride, which was upsetting. At one point, there was a minor incident involving two of the horses, and when I described what happened, she essentially accused me of lying. The pace of the ride was rushed, and we even caught up with the group ahead of us, which further suggests we were pushed through the experience unnecessarily. We were really looking forward to this outing, but unfortunately, it fell flat. If you're looking for a more enjoyable and respectful experience, I recommend checking out other local options like Willow Creek Ranch, Mill Iron Ranch, or North Fork Trail Rides
