Spring Creek Ranch

We loved our 2 bedroom condo. It was ver spacious and the Mountain View’s were spectacular

Good location for us and room was clean. We didnt really get a view as we were on the ground floor

The sofa was uncomfortable (think it was well used and support had gone.) It was hot in the room and a fan would have been good. Also a kettle. We couldnt find a tray for the oven. The lady checking us in did not seem very happy. We had already booked to go horse riding which was great but there was no conversation about this or any other activities offered. Also nothing about how breakfast could be ordered. It was fine but for the price I expected more as it is detailed on booking as a luxury resort and we paid alot of money for it

Old apartments, extremely noisy, bad service, location / views great

Facilities were great. Pool is great and love the small spa pool. Handy for Jackson and very helpful and accommodating staff.

AC in the room would have been handy as it was very warm when we stayed

Had the absolute best time on our trail ride with DOM!! He was great at making sure we were all comfortable and answering any cray questions we had!! Our horses were the best too! I would highly recommend- the beauty was unmatched. Great views of the Tetons!

We had a lovely time with Hannah as our guide. She gave us good instructions to stay safe and comfortable. Amazing views from the trail and interesting information about Jackson Hole. The horses are well cared for and the wranglers are very professional. Would recommend this to others.

We booked a two bedroom condo. The staff forgot to keep the door to the upstairs unlocked. There is no way to reach anyone at the property after 11pm. Unfortunately our flight was delayed that day and by the time we checked in and settled into the room there was no way to contact anyone. So our large party had to all squeeze in and sleep on the floor. The staff didn't seem to care much when we told them the next day. Beautiful property but we didn't have a good experience and will not be recommending this place to anyone

Gorgeous view from the deck. We watched sunset while having dinner on the deck. It was a lovely experience. The unit is spacious and built of wood, very beautiful. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils.

The third floor shower drain plug was stuck. We had to pull it very hard every time and inserted a plastic bag to allow water draining through.
