Cute bears for the kids beds, nice views and amenities.

Doors configuration is a bit cumbersome. Small kitchen but manageable.

View is fantastic, room was nicely furnished and would be lovely for a long stay.

Mattress was thin and too hard. Bed was a strange platform with a metal frame directly on the floor. The metal frame had sharp corners that were deadly for our toes. The foundation had a large yellow stain on one side. Hated the bed, honestly.

If you're looking for a short (1-2 hour), horseback ride with incredible views of the mountains and Elk Preserve, I recommend Spring Creek. We did not stay at the hotel, but the team welcomed us warmly. The ride across the top of Gros Ventre Butte has incredible views in all directions. The wranglers and office team are so nice and the horses are calm enough for people who have never ridden before. My daughters and I truly enjoyed the ride.

The view is amazing. The location is great and not far from Jackson except during traffic hours. Appartment is very comfortable and clean.

There was a lack of information provided upon arrival regarding the resort’s services (e.g., horseback riding, bike rentals, pool, etc.), which led us to miss the opportunity to book horseback riding. The pool was cold, and the hot tub was out of order for the entire stay, despite being told it would be fixed. The pool bar offered a very limited selection and closed early at 6:00 PM. Additionally, our outdoor grill on deck was removed without notice, which disrupted our plans to have a BBQ that day.

The location and the view from the deck was gorgeous. The only problem was we only had 1 pan to cook with. There were no pots or anything else to cook in and the stove burners were all popping up. It was very dated stove
