Spring Creek Ranch

Propreté, pas de nettoyage des chambres, le pire hôtel pour les lits... Comme il n'y a pas de nettoyage, pas de remplissage des cafés et autres.

We booked a two-hour horseback trail ride for my 12-year-old daughter weeks in advance. Upon arrival, I was informed that she wouldn’t be allowed to ride without a parent, which we had not been told beforehand. I later saw that the ranch had left a voicemail just 20 minutes before our scheduled time — far too late for us to change plans or respond. Nowhere on the website did it state that a parent was required for a 12-year-old rider, and the staff's response was dismissive when I raised this concern. No one reached out in advance to clarify this important detail. My daughter was devastated, and the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional from start to finish. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend Spring Creek Ranch trail riding based on our visit.

Amazing location with beautiful views of the mountains, very spacious and well equipped kitchen.

Unfortunately the shower in the apartment was terrible. The valve is a very outdated construction and was stuck when we first tried to switch the shower on. Later we almost couldn't stop the waterflow and thereafter didn't dare to use the shower anymore. This aspect unfortunately spoiled our stay quite a bit. Please fix that shower or even better, install a new, modern one.

Location out of town. Was quiet but lacked a vibe. Unit had noisy neighbours above who kept unusual hours so sleeping was interrupted

Spring Creek Ranch is absolutely incredible! The location is unbeatable with the most spectacular views that will take your breath away. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and so well-appointed—it truly feels like every detail has been thoughtfully considered. From the serene setting to the comfort and elegance of the accommodations, everything exceeded our expectations. An amazing experience all around, and one I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Jackson Hole.

My partner and I were nervous to try horseback riding for the first time since we were kids, but as soon as we were saddled up and began our ride the happiness and excitement took over. This was such a beautiful experience and we would do it again in a heart beat. We didn’t stop smiling the whole ride. Thank you to Hannah for being an awesome and well-informed tour guide and thank you Dandy & Sarge for taking us for a spin. Next time we visit the Tetons we will surely be back!!

We had such a great time at the ranch. My son loved being near the horses and the views are spectacular. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We also did a horseback ride and our guide Adam was amazing. We would definitely come back.

The only complaint is having to drive into town for meals as they don’t have a restaurant on site.
