Spring Creek Ranch

I went on the 2 hr horseback riding experience with 3 other adults and could not recommend it enough! Ally was our wrangler and she was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and kind and made our trip so enjoyable. The views of the Tetons were incredible and so enjoyable while riding the horses. The horses were amazing and the whole experience was incredible. Definitely recommend this experience on your visit to Jackson Hole!

Went for a horse tail ride and it went amazing! The horse ride was 2hours and time fly by, by how enjoyable it was! The wranglers were always ready to help you with the horse and any questions you had. The horses were really clam and knew their job. Overall it was the highlight of my trip!

It is very far away from Grand Teton, didn't expected that so if you are just here for the NP, maybe better choose somewhere in Jackson Hole. BUT! It is absolutly a suprising stay! The apartment is sooooo good, so well equipped, maintained and decorated. We feel like home when stepping in! The area is quite and in nature so you see amazing stars in the evening! There are a lot of activities provided by the ranch itself and it would be a good taste of the western vibe! But of course, it is expensive.

We stayed at Spring Creek Ranch two years in a row for business meetings, which included use of their conference room, catered meals, and two-night stays in the cabins. Unfortunately, both experiences left us very disappointed, especially given the high nightly rate. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The cabins both years were shockingly dirty—dusty surfaces, spiderwebs in corners, and the general feeling that the doors had been left open for days. This past year, I even found a spider in my bed. It seems housekeeping does only the lightest touch-up between guests, with no evidence of deeper cleaning for months, maybe even years. We also visited the gym one evening and were stunned by the state it was in: dust, dirt, spiderwebs, and neglected corners everywhere. It was genuinely unbelievable for a property that markets itself as upscale. If the management of this resort is reading, we would greatly appreciate a total overhaul of your housekeeping so it is up to acceptable standards. Everything in Jackson is so high-priced that this feels like the only reasonable option besides the Four Seasons, and we would love to give you our business again in the future. However, the current lack of cleanliness makes that impossible. While the catered food and the views were fine, the state of the rooms and facilities overshadowed everything else. Our company was very disappointed, and we have decided not to return—unless we see a serious improvement in the cleaning standards.

We booked a two our horseback ride with Spring Creek Ranch. Sydney was our wrangler guide. She was very knowledgeable and personable. She kept the conversation going through sharing information about the area and the native plants and wildlife. She was very reassuring when the horses would spook and she made the experience, very enjoyable! The scenery could not be beaten! My daughter said “it was the best time ever!”.

I have stayed at Spring Creek Ranch a couple times over the last ten years, and my experience there had been positive. However, my recent (and last) visit (in September 2025), was quite disappointing and even frustrating. First of all though, the condo-style suite was designed well, it needed maintenance and cleaning. For instance, the screen door of the main bedroom was broken and unusable, the bathtub was broken, dirty, and could not be used, and the rooms were not carefully cleaned before we had arrived. Second, the suite was noisy, and we often heard adjoining suites from our room. Later, I tried to contact the staff for assistance, but often I could not reach anyone on the phone, and when I did, the person could not speak English well and I had trouble communicating. For instance, I had asked for help connecting the television to the internet, but I was told there was no one who could assist me and that I would have to wait until maintenance could come over the following day to get the television to work... There were no amenities other than some coffee packs in a basket, but when I went to make some coffee in the morning I was disgusted to see that the coffee pot had not been washed and had moist residue inside.... No thanks..... Then there is the expense. When I had asked if I could move to another room the following days of my stay, I was told that I could but the price would be double for the available suites... $1200 a night to stay at a substandard suite without even basic amenities and customer service? No thanks again.... Though it is conveniently located for relatively quick access to both Jackson and the Grand Tetons National Park, there are better options available for the savvy traveler. In short, I no longer recommend Spring Creek Ranch in Jackson, Wyoming... After this last visit, I am not going back!
