My experience was truly amazing at this hotel, the front desk lady named Jasmin was such an amazing help and her character was amazing!! Her personality brings a great asset to the team! Hope to see her again when I come back :3

"Worst experience"

The staff wasn't very helpful. There was snow fall over night. They plowed all the cars in. I asked the desk how are we supposed to get out. They had a complimentary shovel to use. Keep in mind they charge you to park on site.
