My room was clean, comfortable and quiet even though it was on a busy road. The gentleman who greeted me was lovely and he took me to my room and explained the facilities to me. Very friendly and personal service.

the stuff was super nice, very helpful and available always

some items were missing, like there was no shampoo, bath gel etc avaikable and couch was unclean, but as soon as I informed the stuff they immediately refilled the bottles and cleaned the couch
