The room had not been vacuumed, the carpet was very dirty. We had ants in our room. The person checking us in said our room number aloud. Stating a room out loud a huge NO-NO for safety reasons. You NEVER say a room # aloud even if there is no one else in the area. That is a #1 rule in hospitality. We secured the room with one credit card and told the clerk when we were checking in that we wanted to charge a different card. I asked him if he wanted me to change the card information in the booking.com app. He said no he would take care of it and still charged the wrong card.

Thurd time staying here with my husband. Worth it in our eyes. thank you

No sound barrier from the room next to me nor the hallway. Could hear people just having a regular conversation in the room next to mine. Very outdated room. Would have been fine if the comforter had been updated

The owner/checkin person appeared very weary and tired, but he communicated effectively. This is a bare bones operation, but given there are just 2 staff, the property and rooms are well-kept and tidy and well lit--no complaints there. Good spot and convenient to Foxwoods.

We waited 15 minutes at the front desk, calling out for someone to check us in . It was 7pm so not super late. Finally, we found a guy in the laundry room. He came to check us in and couldn’t speak English. He pointed to a list of check-ins and indicated he wanted me to point which one was me. Room was so very very musty smelling (rm 116), we checked out at 10:30 same night and found another hotel. Office was completely closed so we left key in drop box. I do NOT recommend this hotel.
