I did not eat or partake in any of the excellent activities on offer at Champneys. I really enjoyed the setting of the hotel. Peaceful and serene. Outstanding for just wandering around the grounds. The room was comfy and the toilet was of good size.

I would love every hotel in the world to have a Nespresso machine in each room. Alas this hotel did not put one in my room. Not putting anything else down as they are doing it right.!

I liked the pool but only to see as you need to use it between 6 pm and 7 am as i went down while water aerobics was on could use steam etc but not pool Massage team lovely and caring as are some of reception staff

It is a maze up and down stairs Key did nit work spent 3o minutes outside room as no one picked up phone Dinner (curry) lamb was chewy moms trout was nice Room was too hot No food or drink after 930 Huge amounts if walking really hard for disabled person Overall very disappointed

Beautiful building lovely surroundings. Lovely pool, sauna.

The room no air con, tiny window, musty like an overflow room, miles to walk anywhere, TV didn't work, huge dead spider in bed, dirty cotton bud on floor, menu choices poor, no food after restaurant closed anywhere in whole building, small portions in restaurant, reception hardly ever manned, no spirits on sale AT ALL,.....no blue badge parking near entrance, car park long walk over gravel be warned poor walkers!

Literally everything! From the friendly, kind and professional staff to the room overlooking the waterfalls, the spa facilities and the food.

Nothing. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is nice. Stay was was okay, layout is horrible, very long walk from car park with bags to some of the rooms like mine. Got lost many times, signs aren’t clear. Lack of information about hotel in the room. Restaurant shut when I arrived could only have watermelon or cake from a coffee bar.

Shabby room.Shower that did not work. Broken tiles in miniscule bathroom. Never again!

Room was dated with old furniture and twin beds pushed together with a large lump in the middle.
