Boarders Inn & Suites by Cobblestone Hotels - Shawano

would recommend to stay here- my only complaint was that our room smelled noticeably of cigarette smoke and needed to be deodorized (should have been done BEFORE guest arrives)

breakfast was great I questioned the one chair in a two queen room!

Arrived later at night after a long drive. Check in was simple and easy the lady was very informative about everything. room was on the first floor down the hall from the pool. once inside our room we were greeted with an interesting smell of sweaty gym locker, and the room felt moist. we opened the window and turned on the fan. In the morning our clothes and bed felt damp still. We also niticed some type of large beatles on the floor of the lobby and down the hall. Breakfast was alright but you could tell the morning staff took pride in breakfast service and i appreciated thier hard work.

Receptionist was great. Was very friendly and helped play a joke on accompanying couple

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds, nice staff.

They’ve updated since our last stay so was nice. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were pretty hard. They ran out of hot water in their pot by the desk & cocoa so had to microwave water to enjoy tea & they didn’t replenish their cocoa packets.
