We arrived late - and we had called ahead as requested to let them know. Even so, when we arrived we had to wait a while for someone to show up at the front desk. We tried ringing the bell, calling, etc. When the guy finally appeared, no apology for keeping us waiting.
DEDie Lage in Moab ist super. Nur einen Block von der Mainstreet entfernt. Ansonsten war auch alles super.
DEDEDas saubere, ruhig gelegene Hotel mit ausreichend eigenen Parkmöglichkeiten liegt in kurzer Entfernung zum Zentrum, Restaurants etc. sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ebenso der "Arches" und weitere Nationalparks. Zimmer geräumig, kostenlose Getränke (Kaffee etc. jederzeit verfügbar), freundliches Personal, Aufzug, sehr angenehmer beheizter Pool
Ein paar Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich wären schön.

Clerk didnt accommodate my request for connected rooms, by the time she realized i booked 2 rooms she already messed up the booking and then had to get two rooms that were not connected. This is a problem when you have little kids. She said she upgraded the two rooms to suites,but what i ended up getting were very small rooms with no table or chairs or couches to put things or eat our food.
