USGreat location and it has great amenities!! I appreciated having the ice machine and the water fill up location right in the lobby- made it super easy to fill up and head out for hikes!

No in room coffee machine or amenities. I had go go down to the fist level to get first coffee. I ended up scalding myself trying to get back in the room.

They do not have free breakfast and I knew that going in but what they had for sell was not a good breakfast. Water pressure in bath/shower was to high.

CAIn the center of Moab, close to main street and all restaurants and stores. Easy parking, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable double room, would stay again.

Property worn down. Went to check in and it was too early, the woman in the back did not get up from her desk to communicate she shouted from the back.
