Неудобные лежаки на пляже. Администрация не следит за тем, чтобы лежаки не были зарезервированы на целый день, в отсутствие пользующихся ими. Хотя это больше вопрос культуры и воспитания...

Struttura solida su tre piani ma molto ben integrata nella natura e nel giardino. Dotata di tutti gli impianti e di spa con saune adeguate al numero di ospiti Campi sportivi e da tennis Bella spiaggia ben tenuta

Nulla salvo il fatto che internet funziona dappertutto ma potrebbe essere migliorata.

Nettes und sehr hilfsbereites Personal, schöner Strand, gutes Buffet Frühstück, bequemes Bett

Viele Insekten (Stechmücken, Gecko und eklige Würmer im Zimmer und Bad), eher laute Klimaanlage, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel (meiner Meinung höchstens 3 Sterne), Restaurant essen natürlich im Vergleich zu thailändischen Restaurants überteuert und zudem nicht lecker, schlechtes Preis-Leidtungsverhältnis

Klima und Umgebung sind einzigartig gepaart mit einer sehr entspannten Atmosphäre. Anlage ist zwar alt aber sehr schön. Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig. Personal zuvorkommend und Essen spitze.

Nur ein altes Laufband in einem Fitnessclub für 500+ Gäste, ist nicht in Ordnung meiner Meinung. Hatte ich das letzte Jahr schon bemängelt. Sich bei einem Urlaub für 15K Euro dann noch um Tischreservierungen kümmern zu müssen und immer zwangsweise Wein bestellen zu müssen finde ich auch nicht in Ordnung.

Location

We visited this resort as a family of 4 with 2 little kids. Generally the experience has been good, though I think other resorts in the region like the JW Marriott are faring higher. It is a different experience and you should be aware what you are up to. The good: - food is excellent. We have only been to the buffet which is really excellent with different experiences and themes every night. We signed up for the full board package which worked well. Table wine is included, which is an OK, inexpensive table wine (no choice, only white/red). - sports activities are good, from gym classes to tennis and water sports. - a very nice beach with plenty of lounge chairs (even though the front row is always occupied, it is a German resort after all) The so-so: - It’s an older resort and you see it. While it’s well maintained, the electric installation of the apartment was not great, loose sockets and broken aircon thermostats which makes it a guessing game which temperature is selected - kids club is generally good with activities also outside of the actual club itself (like a treasure hunt), but the outdoor playground is very basic and not in the club itself - kids pool has 2 short water slides but too deep for smaller kids to stand. There is no real small kids pool for non-swimming small kids. - it is a predominantly German place, you get well around with English but more than one German sports instructor didn’t even ask if there are non-German speaking guests attending, they just started the class in German. The bad: - party and live entertainment every bloody night in the middle of the resort. Party starts at 9:30 to 10pm and goes to 11pm or midnight. They have a restaurant at the beach which would be the perfect location for the parties but instead they do it in the middle of the resort… no idea why

Another great stay in a beautiful location, three weeks of lovely weather on the best beach in Khao Lak. Once again the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. On arrival we were greeted by the always helpful Kate. Everyday we experienced exceptional sevice with a smile and greetings from Richard and his whole F&B team. Hope to see you all again soon
