Everything about this very large resort is excellent, every aspect of the staffing, it's location, and layout. We have really enjoyed ourselves, had an Oceanfront Pool Villa for two which was quiet, away enough from the main resort centre and very private. Overall, a great resort compared to others within a few miles, and we have been brilliantly treated by all. However, just a few minor thoughts for consideration of the resort management - Older pool villas are quite dated and need some modernising both inside and out. Some evenings the 'entertainment' is very loud well into the night. As with other Thai resorts, there is a good selection of 'off site' restaurants/bars a matter of a short walk away along the beach. Large resorts don't seem to want to compete with this and lose custom during meal times. Example - bottle of Corona resort 300THB, local bar THB100! Give Robinson a try, you will not regret it, fantastic all round resort. Thank you guys!

If you stay here, you must do breakfast included and consider half-board (breakfast and dinner). Both are buffet-style and incredible! The dinner especially is amazing - their chefs and staff are phenomenal! Also consider getting a "Pool Villa Superior" room. They are obviously pricier than a basic room, but the private pool is 100% worth it if you want to indulge. Other "pool" rooms still have their own pool, but face the beach or a general pool and are less private. There is so much to do with sports activities, a sauna, water sports (kayaking, paddle-board etc), several pools, and a different theme for each night's entertainment. You really have to do archery and the infusion sauna ("no textile")! The staff are all incredibly polite and helpful, particularly Guest Relations and waitstaff. The level of housekeeping and cleanliness in the entire complex made you feel so relaxed! I cannot recommend Robinson Khao Lak highly enough! If you are looking for an indulgent and completely relaxed holiday, away from a major town, this is the place for you.

Die Speisen am Abendbuffet waren nicht nach unserem Geschmack. Die Betten waren uns zu hart. Das Fitnessstudio hätte besser ausgestattet sein können.

Tolles Hotel in traumhafter Lage mit einem super engagiertem Team alle waren sooo nett und freundlich. Für die Villa Gäste gab es ein kleiner Frühstücksbereich am Strand …… traumhaft……
