My stay with Robinson @ Khao Lak was excellent. The whole experience was to a high standard. The gardens @ complex are wonderful. The sports & activity team are very supportive, I enjoyed doing activities with them. The beach & position is fabulous, very clean area. Breakfasts were very good, with plenty of variety. All in all a fantastic place to stay. Regards John Mac

A gorgeous hotel we spent the 2nd week of our 3 week holiday here. From checking in to checking out our stay has been perfect. The staff are so friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable and clean with excellent air con ! We upgraded from bed and breakfast to half board for a very reasonable price. The food did not disappoint, the quality, the choice and the whole dining experience was fantastic. The entertainment every evening were thoroughly engaging and the shows a pleasure to see. We cannot find fault with this hotel.

Lovely beachfront hotel with amazing staff We’re currently on our last night at Robinson Khao Lak, and this is our second visit as we also stayed here last year. We were originally booked for 8 nights, but due to a health situation and a hospital visit we weren’t allowed to fly, so our stay ended up being 11 nights. This hotel is all about the beach — the location right on the sand is fantastic. The beach is stunning, with soft sand, warm sea, and usually a lovely breeze, making it a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choice, and the staff throughout the hotel are amazing — always friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are good, the pools are nice, and overall it’s a very relaxing environment. The hotel is quite large and a little removed from other areas, but that adds to the peaceful atmosphere. There are a few restaurants nearby on the beach; I’d highly recommend the Rock Bar & Restaurant, which is also great for laundry service. A couple of things worth mentioning (as others have said): some poolside concrete areas look a little rough and the rooms show a bit of wear and tear. However, everything was clean and these points didn’t bother us at all. One thing that really stood out was how fantastic the staff were during our medical emergency — a nurse was with us within about 10 minutes, which was incredibly reassuring and appreciated. Overall: a lovely, peaceful hotel with wonderful staff and a beautiful beachfront setting. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
