Holiday Inn Phoenix/Chandler by IHG

The staff was friendly and did their best with what they had.

The Air Conditioner did not work well and our room stayed about 76 degrees and the staff even swapped our rooms and the next room was the same way. The bed was not comfortable at all.

The front desk staff was wonderful, helpful and compassionate. The ladies were welcoming, personable and genuinely kind.

Charged us $12 to park when the neighboring business (restaurants, etc) were free.

It was quiet and nice but the tub had an serious drip and they had me wait for my room out in the pool area when it was 111 degrees.

The first room I was put into was never cleaned after the last occupant. Also, charging for parking in the middle of a suburb with plenty of parking is just a money grab.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful, the receptionist was so sweet and welcoming,i will definately be there again, over and over.

Fraudster's!! This place is the biggest joke for a hotel I've ever stayed at!!!! They are scam artists do not stay here! They charged us $500 because the sensor went off in our room that the air was disturbed. Ira and his goons should be fired!! So my husband and I checked in at 8:39pm, went outside to put our parking pass in our truck (that also costs $12 to park in their parking lot) unloaded our luggage, filled up our drinks, and proceeded to head to our room on the second floor. As we entered our room we noticed there was a balcony door so we opened and right below is the smokers pole and there was a person standing there smoking. So at 8:57pm the sensor went off 1 time because of a disturbance of the air quality in the room, so therefore we were charged an extra $500. They slid the paper under the door the next morning and I went down and asked what the charge was for and they said that the sensors can go off for basically any reason and they can't even explain why. I had Ira come and inspect the room himself and this is something that he could have taken care of at his level, but he is such a coward, that he did not!! Our bank has stopped the charge and I'm contacting corporate!!
