I LOVED this property! I would definitely return. The staff was friendly. The room was nice. The pool was nice. The convenience was THERE! It was close to a lot of restaurants. The only thing I didn't like was the parking. You had to put a parkings pass in your window and I think there was an additional fee. Even the Breakfast was nice and tasty with real bacon!

I did not spend much time at the hotel but while I was there, it was fine. Just wish they had breakfast included in the price. Other hotels in the area for the same price point do include it.

I’m a frequent guest here and have always been treated very well.

I was hit with an unexpected charge of $500 (which was 5x the nightly rate) for smoking in the room which I dispute.

"Beware of card fraud!!!!!"

DO NOT STAY HERE!! My new credit card that was only used at this Holiday Inn was hacked with several $500+ charges. I booked the first night through hotels.com, the next day i decided to stay another night so i called the front desk and she took my credit card info. The charges started the day after i checked out. I called and spoke with a manager, Heidi, and she was so rude!! She told me there was nothing she could do and wouldn't even let me speak. I tried giving her my room number thinking SHE would want to address an employee stealing customer card info but NOT AT ALL. HEIDI WAS EXTREMELY DEFENSIVE AND RUDE, SHE IS PROBABLY WHO TOOK MY INFO. BEWARE OF CARD FRAUD AND MANAGEMENT DOES NOTHING EXCEPT CUT ME OFF AND GET DEFENSIVE! SEEMS LIKE HEIDI IS RUNNING A SCAM!!!

This place never disappoints. Very friendly staff, convenient, clean room, great service. Breakfast is very good as well. The pool was very refreshing after a long hike :) Only bummer is that they now charge for parking.

Although I did not like paying an additional fee for parking in an unsecured lot, this is my only complaint about my stay at this Holiday Inn. The staff at the Chandler location were wonderful. A super friendly greeting every time I passed through the lobby. Any issues or concerns with my accommodations were addressed promptly and to my complete satisfaction. This is a great place to stay.
