Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Nice resort with good facilities. Good food at buffet and restaurants. Main issue is insufficient staff and inability to make dinner reservations. Not enough beach chairs - shaded ones were gone by 7:15am.

Det location Was Good you could take the bus Outside to Tulum or playa del Carmen easily is. The rooms were good. Cleaning was good. The food was good. Best restaurant was Seaside. And the atmosphere is excellent. You have Victor Eric and a team who are always happy and helpful and having great activities at the beach. They have Zumba and salsa other dances too, it’s an it’s a fun experience for everyone from kids to grannies . And Andres on Seaside Grill had excellent service. In total, the experience from the hotel was very very good. Everyone was happy to help and always said hello to you.. I would recommend it to family friends and everyone who likes to enjoy good food and learn salsa or some Spanish dance dance lessons.

Raul with entertainment was the nicest! He was very friendly and is a wonderful dancer! He is full of life and his smile and energy are contagious. Our family loved him.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While the water access is limited, the beach area is beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We never went hungry and the meals were very good.

The hotel service was excellent. If you needed special accommodations, they were very helpful. The hotel grounds are neat and well maintained. The buildings are older and could use some updating. The food was very good. Our room was always cleaned to our satisfaction. One thing to note - we had an early excursion, which left before the buffet opened. We ordered room service the night before. The breakfast was freshly cooked and ON TIME..

Restaurants very good, especially el patio! The staff are absolutely amazing!!! - Erik, Hector (fotos), Ronnie, Ceferino (housekeeper), bartenders at sugar reef, baristas at the coco cafe, staff at world cafe, all incredible! Had a fantastic trip, romantic, relaxing, and very fun. Very good value. Thank you everyone Will definitely be back and will recommend Dreams to anyone

The grounds, beach, pools are gorgeous but the resort should be updated and painted. There are heavy, very noisy doors leading to the alcove of rooms and the same heavy noisy doors to the rooms. Omg... I got very little sleep between the constant noisy loud banging doors and the guests in the room above mine moving furniture all the time or doing something that sounded like that. No hot water in the shower, my safe didn't work and the guy couldn't fix it the first try so I used a lock on my suitcase. There was a hump between the bathroom door and hall and I kept tripping. The food was very mediocre. Lots of staff don't speak English very well. The bed was comfortable for the small amount of sleep I got. You could hear every word of people talking so no sound barriers. Old looking furniture, no microwave in a "deluxe garden view room" I was there for a wedding but would not want to return.
