Die Lage war ganz gut und der Italiener unten im Haus ist super, sehr freundliches Personal.

Die Parkplatz-Situation ist leider nicht gut gelöst, da erstens keine direkte Ausschilderung für den Standort (haben ca 20. Minuten gesucht) und leider zu wenig Platz (max. 2 Autos mit sehr enger Einfahrt).

Lage, Erreichbarkeit mit Öffis

Hellhörigkeit, zeitweise laute Nachbarn. Umständliches Einchecken in einem anderen Haus, zwar nicht sehr weit entfernt, aber : kein Aufzug. Also Gepäck umständlich in den ersten Stock hochtragen, einchecken und Gepäck wieder hinuntertragen. Auch im anderen Haus ist kein Aufzug vorhanden. Keine Möglichkeit Kaffee oder Tee zu kochen/am Automaten zu holen.

Beim Abnehmen des Duschkopfs kam die gesamte Duschstange aus der Wand. Der Toilettendeckel zerbrach, als man sich darauf setzte.
