The shade in the room was broken, so the room was incomplete darkness the entire time. There was no alarm clock, which would’ve been fine, except that the bedside charging ports were broken. When we went to the staff, they just said they couldn’t do anything about it during our stay and told us that if we needed to charge our phones, we were welcome to sit in the business center and do it there.

The location was good, but parking was very limited. Check in was pretty quick and easy. The room was clean and relatively comfortable. There were a few good things about the location overall but not the best for sure.

A lot: - Pool was closed, it was the only reason I chose this hotel, this information was not posted on their website so there was no way of knowing beforehand. - Ceiling was leaking heavily outside our room and in front of the elevators. - Not a lot of parking available near entrances, some doors were blocked off. - Breakfast was nothing like the images shown in prior reviews, it was not very good. - Room had an unusual odor, similar to chlorine but a bit different.

Staff were very professional and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good.

We had a bit of difficulty controlling the cooling/heating unit.

The pool was closed, which was disappointing. Traveled with 4 people and there was only 2 towels in the room.
