Hampton Inn Auburn

No idea.

We didn't even get a chance to stay there! The front desk couldn't get us checked in, and couldn't think of a way to work around what apparently was a problem on their end. At 9 p.m. on.a Saturday night, I had to find a different hotel.

The windows were completely covered with plastic, due to extensive renovations on exterior of hotel. We thought the hotel was closed when we drove up.

Clean room,staff was friendly and helpful, parking was convenient

Customer service is outstanding, with staff members who are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional, always eager to assist customers effectively.

The building was under construction/ repairs. We could hear workers outside at 9 am. Not a big deal just a minor annoyance.

Little to no parking as the building was being painted. The windows were completely blocked off with plastic due to painting. Faint smell of paint in the room throughout the stay. None of this would’ve been annoying if it had been communicated that the property was having renovations/painting and we had known to expect this. Other than slight annoyance the property was nice, just a heads up would’ve gone far.

the pool was closed, and they were doing a lot of outside renovations that took most of the parking spots. people had to park in fire lanes and in front of the dumpsters.
