Location, clean room

Construction right outside my window .Supposed to start at 9 am, starting at 8am! Housekeeping banging on my door at 8:30 am even though I had my DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door!

"Love the renovation "

We've stayed here a lot visiting family, but hadn't been in a few years. The recent renovation has the rooms looking great! Comfortable, great breakfast and service as usual.

I arrived late at 11:30pm, was greeted warmly and immediately checked in. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. It was a great quick stay.

The night staff, the breakfast, the bed

The check out been 11am, it should be 12pm and they didn't let me check out 12pm, my room smelled cigarettes, the room has no sound insulation, noise wise is the worst place I've been, I could hear everything, even the water running in the other rooms around and above. The pool was closed and they should have alert the guests. With all the issues and I didn't push for a room change or anything, I didn't want to cause any problems, they should had offered me a late check out or a discount. I'll never stay here again.
