I like the fact that it was centrally located to what I needed to accomplish for my trip.

That there was no coffee in the rooms.Only available in the office. I am an early riser and with no coffee to enjoy. The rest of my time in my room, it did kinda bum me out.

The room was dirty, sink wasn't clean, housekeepers were in my room when we left the first night. Still not clean just put towels they forgot to put. Also it had Ants everywhere

The woman at the front desk on Christmas day was EXTREMELY RUDE! Long story short...I was misinformed over the phone by another employee about check in time when I told the woman at the desk what was going on she didn't care. She was VERY RUDE from the start. She stated it was my fault for not checking in on time. I told her no, it was the other employees for misinforming me & I had a room booked for 2 nights. She was yelling at me saying just because I had a room reserved did not mean I was "entitled" to a room along with some other things. At this point I said she didn't need to ACT like a b_tch to which she freaked out screaming at me. She got in my face screaming & cussing at me. I thought she was going to try to jump over the counter! She told me to "Get the F_ck out" along with other things including "f_ck", "f_cking" and that she would call the cops on me. I asked her for what because she was the aggressive one. I left of course because there was no way I was going to attempt to stay there & give that location my $ after being horribly treated. She was WAY OUT OF LINE!! I have NEVER been treated so terribly by a customer service person. I didn't get her name unfortunately but it was on Christmas day around 11a - 1pm. I also had my 2 cats with me in my car & after her temper tantrum, nowhere to go. I will NEVER be back to that location. I have stayed at the Troutdale location on Frontage Road twice & the multiple staff memebers that I have interacted with there are amazing...friendly, helpful, patient. They will get my business from now on.
